Want to renew temporary resident professional visas. Need to verify requirements: 1) Does apostiled criminal background check need to translated? 2) Our education degrees were previously registered in Ecuador. Do we need to again supply proof or can this be checked at consulate? Do Medical Certificates from Ecuador Dr. and bank statements from Ecuador bank need to be apostiled? What is the address and name of person we need to send the application,documents and fee to? Thank you for your help.

Hola, I am 62 years old and considering applying for a Rentista Visa, 9-I. I noted on your web page that the requirements for such a visa include being 65 years of age AND $1000 a month guaranteed income. I read someplace that it is one OR the other, not and. Can you clarify, por favor. Gracias.
