Want to renew temporary resident professional visas. Need to verify requirements: 1) Does apostiled criminal background check need to translated? 2) Our education degrees were previously registered in Ecuador. Hola, I am 62 years old and considering applying for a Rentista Visa, 9-I. I noted on your web page that the requirements for such a visa include being 65 years of age AND $1000 a month guaranteed income. I read someplace that it is one OR the other, not and. Can you clarify, por favor. Gracias.
